夏桑菊凉茶 Mulberry and Chrysanthemum Cooling Tea

清肝明目,清热解毒 

材料: 夏枯草,桑叶,菊花 等等 

药材冲洗后加入1.5-2L水,浸泡半小时后煎煮30分钟即可。 

可加入冰糖或石蜂糖调味。  

Liver soothing and brighten the eyes. 

Clearing heat and detox.  

Ingredients: Prunella Spike, mulberry, chrysanthemum, etc.  

Rinse the ingredients and add 1.5-2L of water, soak for 30 minutes and boil over low heat for another 30 minutes. Add in rock sugar for sweet taste (optional).
