【止喘润肺】虎乳止喘汤 Tiger Milk Mushroom Soup [Good for coughing and asthma]

虎乳灵芝对慢性、过敏性、虚寒型顽咳,小儿咳喘、哮喘有神奇的疗效。同时它能提高免疫力、润肺、养心血、滋补肝肾、健脾胃。

简易汤包 (适合2-4 人份) 适合一家大小,慢性咳嗽、哮喘、多痰,易感冒伤风人士。

功效:止咳定喘,润肺养血

材料:虎乳灵芝,百合、核桃、陈皮等

煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后,加入适量的 1500-2000ml 清水和肉类放入锅
2.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲2-3个小时
3.煮好之后加盐调味即可食用

Tiger milk mushroom is the national treasure of Malaysia. It has been used traditionally to treat coughing, chronic coughing, asthma, bronchitis, and others. It is also used to enhance immunity, anti-asthmatic activity, anti-inflammatory properties, and anti-oxidant.

This soup is suitable for everyone, especially for those who has chronic coughing , asthmatic, cough with phlegm and
susceptible to colds and flu.

Benefits: relieving cough and reduce phlegm, anti asthmatic, nourishing lung and blood.  

Ingredients: tiger milk mushroom, dried lily bud, walnut, tangerine peel etc

PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs before cook, add meat/chicken as desired
2. Add 1500-2000 ml water, bring to boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours
3. Add salt as desired
